What is rich black and how can I get it?

To obtain the richest possible black, all heavy blacks needs to be configured with the following color combination:

• Cyan: 60%
• Magenta: 60%
• Yellow: 60%
• Black: 100%

Also remember never to set any color to overprint unless it is black.
